The
bill (Reg. No. 5449) states that premises where libraries, book shops and state-owned publishing houses are
located shall not undergo small privatization.
The Committee members changed the title of the Law into "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine " On Privatization of Small State-Owned Enterprises (Small Privatization)" (re Prohibition of Privatization of Premises where Libraries, Book Shops and State-Owned Publishing Houses are located).
The Cabinet of Ministers shall submit the bill on amendments to the Law "On Libraries and Library Services" and "On Publishing" regarding a ban of privatization of premises where libraries, book shops and state-owned publishing houses are located, and guarantee that the Ministries and other central and local executive authority bodies revise and invalidate the normative-legal acts that contravene the Law.
